I really like being on my team. Our area manager has a very good manner and distributes work fairly in the group. The area manager himself also works with great commitment, he is not one of those superiors who can only distribute work. I value my area manager and my team colleagues. I enjoy the freedom I have when it comes to working hours. I can start at 09:00 and if I have to leave early, it's no problem.

Every now and then there are processes that could be a little better. There is a lot of discussion, but there are no changes from these long discussions. Long meetings without clear results, which are lost working hours for me. But such problems are more personal, depending on the personalities you are dealing with. Probably you have these problems in every company.
