The employees get along well but somehow the upper floor tries to demotivate people, employees are not treated well and no trust in the employees. I was there as a weigh-in and was told personally by the manager; I should not wear a mask because I have a reduced life span of the mask

I got a fixed contract offer but didn't sign it and they were very moody and tried to put more and more pressure on me. The shift supervisors have no idea what to do and how to deal with the employees, it's just sad and if something happens, the employees immediately have no work material available, I had to buy work material myself so that I could continue working at all. When I said that I was told yes that is forbidden and then I said yes how should I continue working please the whole production has a small printer that is a joke was often broken or no cartridge was very tedious to work there....

Great conversation, invitation for a second conversation. So far so good. According to the company, Eigtl. should have received a commitment or a rejection by day X. Since this did not happen and there was no reaction to the demand (after 14 days) I asked again and expressed my impression about the procedure. Then there was a reaction. Which personally confirms to me that it is better to choose another employer.
