In terms of payment, Coople is extremely poor. The money never comes on time and they make the same "mistake in calculating" every month, you always have to chase the money until you get it.

Nothing really works. You are far from being digital, let alone thinking digital. But it does have a number of dedicated employees who are there to help with their spirit and helpfulness in difficult situations that are permanent.

Almost the entire top management is failing in terms of lived leadership. The number of incompetent and incompetent leaders is so great that the few, sometimes really good leaders are unfortunately completely lost.

The Coople app to find temporary assignments in different industries and to create my working life the way I want it is great. Recently I was at an internal event in the new Coople Offices in Zurich (Albisrieden)... even more than great! That was a big compliment to Coople.

The app is constantly being improved, that's normal. Three years ago, it all didn't work out as well as it does now.

Very cool technology company with a lot of smart and motivated people, Coople is redefining the way recruitment works.

The company is growing fast and the expectations are ambitious. This doesn't always make it the easiest place to work, but there's a lot of potential and a chance to have a real impact.

Salary below average, some superiors unfortunately have little leadership skills.

It is possible, with a little patience, to find interesting assignments with sympathetic employers (Coople's customers) in between.

For temporary employees who are placed: Very inadequate administration: - It takes an eternity until you sometimes get a pay slip, sometimes it is forgotten, then you hang around, and simply nothing happens for months. - Employment contracts: You send your signed contract back and don't get it countersigned back; - Employment contracts: Very employer-friendly, based quasi only on the duties of the employee. I wonder if that's even legal. - Wage slips: It takes an eternity until you get it in mid-February. If you didn't get it, another eternity to ask. - Wage payment: only on the 5th working day of the following month Friendliness, respect and esteem: For the fact that temporary workers are Coople's main resource, one is treated rather like a slave driver, not very respectful, not very friendly, missions are simply shortened by a few hours over the phone (as if we don't also have to plan), the rights of the employee are not as important to Coople as it seems, and I honestly lack the esteem that is taken for granted in many other companies.
