I feel the good atmosphere not only in my daily work but also at company events, at the Fyrabigbier or when we organize something privately (lottery, hiking, etc.). Another positive point is the appreciation. Many companies can take a leaf out of our book here. The word "thank you" is used quite often and quite honestly. In addition, there are regular joint lunches/events and at Christmas we receive a gift together with a handwritten card...
