Modern open-plan offices with the possibility of retreat allow you to work in a beautiful place with an extremely familiar environment. If you need help, you always get it, without exception. No hierarchy thanks to holocratic organization and self-managed teams. There are very diverse and exciting large projects which are implemented with modern and different languages and frameworks. The possibility of an 80%, 40-hour work week and flexible working hours round off the whole experience.

Intersim is constantly improving with the means of holacracy and agile process models, and employees actively provide feedback for improvements. Therefore, I cannot mention much here. Although a lot is already being done in the area of green IT, this could still be expanded.

Great Teamspirit, people before earnest, various interesting projects, Amazing culture, good information and transparancy policy.. flexible working hours and so much more..

I can't tell something really crucial to improve.. I'm am very happy to work @ Intersim.

The company has a start-up culture and I would judge it that way.

I think there is a lot of potential for improvement in terms of the personal contact and the range of services on offer.
