The training is adapted to the previous knowledge and speed of the MA. The activities are very varied, interesting and you get the opportunity to acquire some expertise. Internal training courses are held regularly and more responsibility is transferred if the employees are willing to work hard. In addition, team events take place every now and then to promote the cohesion of the MA. All in all very recommendable!
