The salary is due on the 25th of the month. The employees are mostly nice and pleasant.

This could be improved

Change the ratio of employees to management (2/1). Which for my part represented too few workers to effectively meet the needs of management in terms of market evolution. And above all, to hire intelligent and competent HR specialists, with a minimum of previous experience in this specific field of competence, as well as in the management of employee versus manager conflicts. Who are capable of understanding and recognizing the importance of their contractual duty towards the employees they poach or hire, in order to avoid that these employees, more than competent at their arrival, leave broken and fearful due to lack of recognition, support and concrete actions when they try to remedy the toxic and catastrophic relationship they are enduring with their manager in place. In full knowledge of the facts, I can only advise you to flee and opt for another professional alternative if you have the choice!

Unfortunately I do not receive any reaction to my application. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt, let alone a rejection, despite inquiries. (Requirements profile fulfilled, so it was not a SPAM application)

Not answering applications is unprofessional, annoys potential employees and is certainly not an image gain for a company in the long run. At Eni Suisse AG, too, the lack of specialists and managers will hopefully still arrive and people will want to be more respectful with applicants in the past.....
