I spent a few weeks in the Intimissimi, and started totally motivated, but unfortunately that passed quickly... Branch management is absolutely incompetent and is still supported by the District Manager! Social competence is probably not so much in demand as long as the numbers are right. Employees are disturbed on days off with unimportant messages, one is talked into serving the customers one still has to be careful that the customers are not snatched away. Very embarrassing towards the customers..too much time for the customer is not allowed, time is money! The way one deals with the customer is sometimes quite disrespectful. Couldn't and didn't want to stand behind it, that's why!!
