There is a pleasant and informal working atmosphere in the company. Cooperation (teamwork) with superiors, but also between employees, is collegial and uncomplicated. Thanks to the good working atmosphere and the very progressive employment conditions, employees are happy to work overtime if necessary. The manageable size of the company (around 60 employees and only one office in Baden) allows the company to react quickly to changes and keep communication channels short.
