Wage is top & super team
01 November 2018November 2018
I worked at Salt for four years. It was a very nice time, the reward is very good especially the bonus system. And the best part was the team. We were like a small family and also did private things together. I left the company this year because I became self-employed but I can recommend Salt to everyone.

Many advantages and varied
01 November 2018November 2018
I've been working at Salt for eight months. I like it very much to work in the shop. As an employee you have many advantages. (free subscription, free mobile phone & many discounts) At Salt, for example, you can move very quickly from a normal employee to a Salt Store Manager. This was also the case with me I was promoted after 4 months to the deputy manager. Salt is also a top employer unlike Sunrise or Swisscom. (speech from experience)

Wage not fairly distributed. Front-line employees earn far more than 50% of sales but less than in other departments. Bonus system is not fair because not every region has the same conditions --> Salt Fiber Availability

This works well in the company
No application process has taken place, just waiting, waiting....
This could be improved
Response to my application after a long time with wrong content, as if I had taken part in a Recruitment Day and conducted personal interviews. This was written by the HR Director. A mistake that simply must not happen.

your poor employees
13 October 2018October 2018
I applied several times and never received any feedback. Then I have been personally in the shop and have asked whether the place is still free. The employee said that the jobs would be advertised, but they only do it to put the employees under pressure. It's not about filling vacancies, it's about either achieving your goals or walking. That makes me realize why I never got any feedback. This is also not an isolated case, in the shop were other employees who said the same thing. With this policy, you can find someone else.

Advertised and no reaction received. For months. Inquired several times. You just feel stupid. Join the previous speakers: Vacancies will most likely only be offered pro forma in order to internal pressure or the tender conditions to meet, because internally someone else for the job has already been found. Sad! Wake up to their HR's out there - customer service and empathy can be trained!

Flat hierarchy. Quick decisions. But unfortunately, what is said in the morning is often no longer true in the afternoon.
This could be improved
Too few people for too much work. The focus is on increasing sales and maximizing profits. Unfortunately, people fall by the wayside.
