Poor infrastructure and little knowledge
Senseless 4-hour assessment. What for? That's what the probationary period is for! Too small a room with a lot of people in it, an imposition. The toilet is in the middle of the room. Poor infrastructure. Too much arrogance and too little knowledge.

You don't just hire someone and see if they're suitable. That would be a waste of time for the company and the employee. If you can't write an assessment correctly, maybe you shouldn't question the "knowledge" of the company. The assessment obviously worked well. You weren't hired. Right choice.

Bad atmosphere
The development team could not hide its demotivation from me as an applicant. The interview was resinous. The dissatisfaction is great, the bad atmosphere is very noticeable. The wage offer was clearly too low and not customary in the industry and at the local level. I turned the job down.

job interview
An assessment does not say whether the candidate will stay with the company for a long time or work well. It's just whether the candidate's memorized something. A company that conducts an elaborate job interview must also offer a correspondingly large number of services, which is not the case with Abraxas.

New ideas are not welcome
Old compis (ancient PCs instead of modern laptops) and old visions. New ideas are frowned upon. The interview is way too strict for what it is.

Strong staff turnover
One notices that here no professional recruiters are responsible for filling vacancies, but overloaded, unmotivated employees and frustrated, indecent HR generalists. Strong change of employees at the end depending on department, resignation by various locations.

I can not recommend it to others
This works well in the company
I'd like to know that too. Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything good about the company. I expected something different and was very disappointed. I've invested a lot of time in nothing.
This could be improved
The interview also includes a written exam (4 hours) with memorized questions from theory. This was used as a tool to push the salary down. The candidate must invest a lot of time in the interviews: 2 hours for the 1st interview, 4.5 hours for the 2nd interview with exam, 2 weeks for the preparation, the travel time (there and back), plus the application. As a reward one receives: bad wages, no fringe benefits, no further training, poor infrastructure. I saw the whole thing as frivolous. I turned down the job.

Flexible working hours and a great team atmosphere. Recommend the place of work to others

The interview was poorly prepared. The superior has often used technical terms, although it has been noticed that he knows them mainly from theory.
