Nothing in particular comes to mind that limits me in my daily work.

I love my job at Abraxas. I love my team, too. It already started with the interview, I was warmly welcomed and during the interview with my future team including HR I never felt bad. Since my first day I feel really well taken care of every day at the Abraxas. It goes on and on and I am grateful that as an employee I can be a part of it. Abraxas also supports me in my training. I can always ask specific questions to all employees (of course coffee break etc.) and they give me their best to answer the question so that I understand e.g. financial accounting, liquidity ratios etc. My conclusion - Every day I learn something new at the Abraxas and that's why I'm so happy that I'm allowed to work here.

There is potential for improvement in every company and Abraxas also sees this and has continuous improvement measures. If something does not suit me personally, I can communicate it openly and honestly with the management and they try their best to change it (of course what is in the interest of the company and not only in the personal interest). Really TOP employer!
