Lack of management and expertise. The employees are given more and more tasks and ridiculous challenges. You have to be insulted by customers. Wages aren't very good either! Better to think twice about whether you want to work there.

The interview was in a restaurant. I thought it was great and very pleasant. A few days later was the trial day, which I was very much looking forward to. The shop is rather small, nevertheless it is nicely furnished and the ambience is very bright which I liked very much. Also the location of the shop in one of the most famous streets in Basel. The team was very friendly and competent. It was a great experience for me.
