You can currently clearly feel that ALSO is undergoing a transformation. But this is also true in the currently transforming market. Those who stand up are encouraged. Courage and will to make a difference is rewarded here. The interaction between superiors and employees is very collegial and open. One is taken seriously and feels the support every day. I also appreciate our great team very much, we support each other and have an absolutely friendly relationship with each other. I was allowed to take on new, interesting tasks in the company. My work is exciting and challenging. I can personally contribute on a daily basis and help develop interesting business areas.

The company develops rapidly and expands into new business areas. This means that absolutely exciting tasks can be taken on. People with ideas and drive get the opportunity to change and inspire things. In today's world of work, it can no longer be expected that an activity can be performed identically for 10 years. Within ALSO Schweiz AG, I have been given the opportunity to take on a new challenge. I am very satisfied with this and have a very exciting area of responsibility in the international field.

The previous speakers can already write everything beautifully. But nobody knows what is going on in logistics. Nothing 9to5 and not adapting to the reorganization. A little bit of transparency would be appropriate!
