Interesting tasks in an agile company. ALSO actively adapts to changing markets. Of course, this can sometimes be stressful, but you keep your finger on the pulse of time.

I really like my work and the teamwork is great. I can work independently and my supervisor trusts me. For me also a top employer because: Depending on the area Home Office is possible, re-entrants, career changers and young people with little work experience is given a chance.

The esteem has clearly decreased. As long as it works. Depending on the team you work in it is very collegial or just very cool and everybody fights for himself. One ALSO is no longer noticeable. The offices are completely outdated and empty desks with heaps of old material are everywhere. Nobody feels responsible for it. Anything but representative when you consider that there are partners and manufacturers in the company every day. The management hardly provides any information about the local or group-wide strategy. Only if the numbers are not correct, there are regular mails, which special missions have to be carried out. There are many departures during the trial period or after a short work phase. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ALSO as an employer at the moment.

So Switzerland offers you many opportunities, ideal for those who want to make a difference in a dynamic market!

In Switzerland, it's definitely not getting boring as usual in the ICT industry. Therefore new chances arise again and again where you can develop yourself as well as the dedicated departments or projects. It's simply "Who wants - who can". In addition, it must be mentioned that the social benefits are very good in all respects. For example you can buy 1 week holiday (take 5 days and pay 4). This is ideal if you have a longer holiday with your family, this is not only tolerated but lived because the balance is important. Or you get discounts on various purchases such as insurance, car dealers, providers, etc etc.. Why not 5 stars? Because every company should have growth potential! So Switzerland could be better in some small things. Restructuring of departments does not run smoothly or long-standing processes are not promptly questioned or re-examined to be improved. But all in all: I recommend the company!

It is very confusing and nerve-racking at the moment. What next? It takes time to rebuild all that know-how.

Fun at work is here! Good team, good working atmosphere. Many benefits such as a staff restaurant where you can eat at a reduced price.

Great employer with perspective. There's plenty of room for development. Anyone who wants to can develop and is supported in doing so. The international orientation, the local action and the cooperation with global manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Cisco and many more) make the work very exciting.

ALSO is definitely in a state of flux at the moment. You can feel that very clearly. This change is not always easy as an employee, but right now you have the opportunity to develop further with ALSO. Communication still needs to be worked on so that every employee is on the same level, but it has already improved. But you get honest answers if you actively ask what's going on and always find an open ear. Thanks to the change, I was able to take on exciting new tasks with more responsibility. In my new job, I can actively shape the future of my division, which I enjoy very much. I also think the team spirit among the colleagues is great, despite everything they still have a great team at ALSO.
