In Switzerland, it's definitely not getting boring as usual in the ICT industry. Therefore new chances arise again and again where you can develop yourself as well as the dedicated departments or projects. It's simply "Who wants - who can". In addition, it must be mentioned that the social benefits are very good in all respects. For example you can buy 1 week holiday (take 5 days and pay 4). This is ideal if you have a longer holiday with your family, this is not only tolerated but lived because the balance is important. Or you get discounts on various purchases such as insurance, car dealers, providers, etc etc.. Why not 5 stars? Because every company should have growth potential! So Switzerland could be better in some small things. Restructuring of departments does not run smoothly or long-standing processes are not promptly questioned or re-examined to be improved. But all in all: I recommend the company!

The health of the employees is no longer taken into account, the organisation is very chaotic and therefore long working hours are guaranteed... just sad...

For some weeks now, the company has been trying to present itself better than it is through "organized" evaluations of employees. The climate is very frosty, the company is disorganized and the prospects are poor. The fluctuation rate is extremely high.

Great employer with perspective. There's plenty of room for development. Anyone who wants to can develop and is supported in doing so. The international orientation, the local action and the cooperation with global manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Cisco and many more) make the work very exciting.

Everything fits so far, there were some changes at certain positions, but the drive is still there. Transformation and all. Cool company, fun to work here.

ALSO is definitely in a state of flux at the moment. You can feel that very clearly. This change is not always easy as an employee, but right now you have the opportunity to develop further with ALSO. Communication still needs to be worked on so that every employee is on the same level, but it has already improved. But you get honest answers if you actively ask what's going on and always find an open ear. Thanks to the change, I was able to take on exciting new tasks with more responsibility. In my new job, I can actively shape the future of my division, which I enjoy very much. I also think the team spirit among the colleagues is great, despite everything they still have a great team at ALSO.

You can currently clearly feel that ALSO is undergoing a transformation. But this is also true in the currently transforming market. But right now, employees have the opportunity to contribute their own thoughts and ideas and optimize processes. And you really get the chance to realize yourself and get involved here. Those who stand up are encouraged. Courage and will to make a difference is rewarded here. The interaction between superiors and employees is very collegial and open. One is taken seriously and feels the support every day. I also appreciate our great team very much, we support each other and have an absolutely friendly relationship with each other. I was allowed to take on new, interesting tasks in the company. My work is exciting and challenging. I can personally contribute on a daily basis and help develop interesting business areas.

You are constantly monitored, you cannot talk to a work colleague for a second and you are immediately insulted by your supervisor. You are only under stress all day long, you have no sense of time... too much slavery and above all no private life, so not only a reason to leave the company.
