A lot of freedom and creative freedom from superiors as soon as you have settled in and proven yourself and understand how the company works.

Very flat hierarchies, so potential for advancement is limited. However, you are always given the opportunity to develop further and job enrichment is practiced if you express your needs, as the company is constantly growing and needs are changing.

The working atmosphere is particularly good here. On the one hand, you notice that you are valued as an employee and can contribute your input at any time, and on the other hand, it is very easy to be well received due to the homogeneous team. You notice that, in addition to work, team cohesion and a good working relationship are important to everyone. Feedback is always given and accepted constructively, regardless of hierarchical level or role. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

Due to the high workload (especially during the season), some things have to happen on the side. As a result, the definition of processes and the development of structures has so far been rather neglected. You have to be able to deal with that. A lot of learning-on-the-job happens here.
