tutti.ch has been a great employer for me so far. Why? There is a high investment into growing the people, culture and improving the ways of working. It feels like everyone has an equal voice and can impact where the company is going. Also it's great to work for a company that has become an integral part of the Swiss life, which also has an impact on society by reducing waste. The team is very international, open and friendly. I usually feel like meeting with some friends who do cool things together.
