Each department in Schaerer works only for itself and also against each other. The employees only know scheme A and cannot think outside the box. The obsolescence in HR & Development also makes it even more difficult to implement and apply the new processes.

The advantages there are always bridge days inserted between the holidays.

In certain departments there is an unpleasant working atmosphere. Some employees have advantages through an agreement with others, which they shamelessly exploit. The individual person is not valued (work performance).

Schaerer has changed a lot in the last 5 years, through growth, group organisation, new employees. This certainly brings a lot of challenges but mainly Schaerer has become more modern, flexible and open - this promises a lot and good for the future, even in the current rather difficult Corona time!

The company has grown over time and not all structures have been adapted accordingly. The role in the group must also be constantly reviewed and adapted in terms of structure, organization and communication.
