DP Consulting was able to coach me competently as an apprentice. The mediation process was clearly defined from the outset and deadlines were quickly planned for each other. With the help of a briefing I was given useful tips. My contact person was able to adapt to my age (20) and my situation. In case of missing information, my intermediary has contacted the employer directly and delivered the missing data.

Selten, da können viele IT Recruiter eine Scheibe abschneiden. Mir wurden Stellen offeriert, welche zu meinem Profil passen. Da wurde mein Profil studiert. Ich wurde auf hohem Niveau, professionell, mit viel Engagement, Herzblut und Freude unterstützt. Zusätzlich und was mir persönlich viel brachte sind die konstruktiven Feedbacks während dem Bewerbungsprozess. Das HR Coaching hat mir viel gebracht und ich kann das neue Werkzeug in meine Bewerbung integrieren. Zwar habe ich die Stelle nicht erhalten. Ich wurde sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben das Beste gegeben. Aber wie es im Leben so ist manche Entscheidungen kann man nicht beeinflussen.

Ich sehe kein Verbesserungspotential. Einfach immer wieder reflektieren.
