GUTER ARBEITGEBER
This works well in the company
Friendly employees all very collegial one gets to know great people and has the opportunity if one shows commitment cool and interesting jobs to make
This could be improved
It would be nice to have a 13 month salary or a bonus for the employees who are really committed and disloyal people who are always throwing out the whining because the mood rightly push down

Valued former employee / Valued applicant outsec ag started from scratch and now has over 60 employees. Conditions like three years ago are a thing of the past. We are now ISO-9001 certified and have further developed our quality and working atmosphere. The security industry is a very competitive market and we comply with the collective labour agreement for the security industry, including wages. The fixed wages are even better than those in the retail trade or in the hotel and restaurant industry. The minimum wage for a 42-hour week is just under CHF 4,400. Higher than in the hospitality industry, etc. outsec ag is now fully digitalised, this has enabled us to work through the Corona period without interruptions or setbacks and to be there for our customers. We have invested a lot in the future of our company and employees, so that the future of outsec continues to be a success story. Not all employees can/want to see this, but the main focus for them is the salary at the end of the month. We adhere to the minimum wages and look to invest in the future, such as digitalization, etc.. outsec ag is probably the most advanced security company in Switzerland, from the logbook to key management, planning, training, event recording, etc. We are fully digitized and continue to develop. In comparison with other players in the industry, we are far ahead in terms of opportunities for employees. Many employees have company cars at attractive conditions. For management employees, we also provide a petrol card for private use, etc., etc. In the meantime, there is almost nothing missing in terms of unformed parts (but there is still room for improvement). Here, too, we are now top in comparison with other companies! The internet never forgets, but entries from three years ago are old news!

Bad employer
In the beginning, many things sound good. The introduction but especially the work planning is very bad. Insists on hourly guarantee, but actually better not to even start there! Read other evaluation platforms and you will see that there is a lot of staff turnover, which is also above average for the security industry.

Badly paid, no Respect
You're paying very poorly! You'll get better pay if you go cleaning somewhere. You don't have respect for the employees. You think everyone can be replaced.

Our wages are based on the collective labour agreement for the security industry. The starting salary at 100% is now just under CHF 4,400. After each year of service, the salary increases up to a maximum of the 13th year of service. After that, the minimum income is over CHF 5,000. Many employees are given the opportunity to enter the security industry without a professional qualification, receive paid training and can develop their skills. In our view, these are not such bad conditions. However, employees often have misconceptions about the opportunities offered by the employer. As long as customers can hire security companies at dumping prices, serious companies come under pressure. The employees are the ones who suffer and more than the minimum wage according to the GAV is not possible. This is also disturbing for the employer, not only for the employee. The VSSU and its members (including us) are striving to achieve long-term improvements in the market. Step by step, this is also the case, but we and the association can't do magic either.

unkind
an unfriendly company that only gives young employees a chance. If you ask why you get a cancellation, you get a snot. and unkind answer.

This statement does not quite agree, because we also have employees who have been with us for more than 50 years.

Very bad working climate
If you really can't find another job, you can try this company. The employees are not appreciated, one demands a lot from the employee.

I can't recommend this company. If you still want to work there, have everything confirmed in writing and be sure to ask for a written guarantee for operating hours. Oral promises are never kept here!

In the security industry, it is advantageous if an employee is also willing to work on weekends or at night. Then there will be no shortage of hours.
