-Very flexible work environment -It’s a fun job -Great for a beginner -Many benefits like discounts at different brands, SBB coupons, Gym Abo reimburse, company stocks

-Management need to care more about the important stuff and not irrelevant things as they currently do -Giving more full time contracts and not mostly part time -Salary

- Good as a student job - mostly flexible working hours - Great working environment depending on the store

This could be improved

- Storemanagers and shift leaders usually have no training for management positions, the duty of care is a foreign word. - The work is divided up according to the degree of friendship, in some stores just washing dishes and cleaning toilets. - Courses and diplomas are promised but nothing takes place - The wage level is even low for the sector - Feedback is not taken seriously or even threatened with warning
