I also like the fact that the Gossau ZH municipal administration is a progressive and modern administration compared to other municipalities.

I find the atmosphere among the staff to be open, friendly and helpful. When I started, I was warmly welcomed. Other municipal administrations I know could take Gossau ZH as a model. Overall, the management makes a great effort to create transparent, fair and innovative offers for the benefit of residents and employees. I like the human, yet closely managed approach to customers in the social services department.

Procedures take time. Wages could be higher, in subjective comparison with other municipal administrations.
