You are permanently under time pressure because the team is always understaffed. Unfortunately, the decision paths are very long, which leads to the fact that the situation hardly changes anything.

More flexibility is required. It should be increased in the field by personnel. Staff training should be intensified.

The cooperation and support from superiors is excellent. Flexible working hours and a great team.

The training opportunities could be better, but they also try to provide support there.
