The application process was quick and uncomplicated and I already felt welcome as an applicant. This feeling was also confirmed after the entrance. I always received detailed explanations of my questions and was able to familiarize myself well with the industry, despite a lack of previous knowledge. I was able to attend a training course even before I started work and later got to know other employees who were able to develop further with the support of the company and who have advanced in their career. Good performance is recognized and praised by superiors and when you encounter problems you can address them and get good help for solving them.
