As a customer advisor, you are under a lot of pressure, especially because an external telesales team besieges customers and makes empty promises. The company aggressively puts sales pressure on customers by using mail, letters and telesales. This makes the customer advisor's job more difficult, as he only receives a commission if customers order directly through him. However, this information is concealed from customers while the company continues to push its mailings, letters and telesales activities.

I have been working at Oswald's for several years in a very close-knit team with an open-minded boss who is happy to delegate and is there for his team.
