This works well in the company
Fair pay, good benefits and perks. HR is not directly involved in interviews, only line managers/leadership etc. Very progressive and pleasant in that respect.
This could be improved
Digitization, technology and work processes and mentality are about 10 years behind, pandemic push included. No laptops, Office365, etc. yet. Lots of filing, paper, printing. Long distances and a lot of people involved for what are actually the simplest work steps and activities.
