Cool company. A mix of many young people, but also older, very experienced employees who have been with the company for a long time. Little politics and envy, extremely down-to-earth and yet the company surprises again and again with innovations. Absolute Du culture, also with the owner Roland Brack, who is always to be found in the building (which by the way is quite big and confusing). At Brack, employees who want to make a difference and appreciate freedom feel at home. Partially great purchasing conditions for MA (at Brack.ch and Intersport.ch). Would always go back to Brack!

The corporate culture is questioned and developed together with employees. The communication is as open as possible and there is a pleasant atmosphere in the company. In addition to internal training offers that can be used free of charge, the employees receive very good fringe benefits. I am well promoted here and am very satisfied with my job.

BRACK.CH is over all surely a good employer. The working atmosphere is very pleasant, you get a lot of freedom. The company makes an effort to value its employees. How this really happens depends on the specific superior. In my opinion, the management levels are somewhat rigid. Promotions and measurable valuations are awarded very sparsely. Some management positions are filled according to criteria of sympathy rather than qualification. However, the management makes an effort to keep up with the times and become a "modern employer".

If you want to "get through" this well, you should not give open feedback...! Management (except the owner) is change resistant - but you only notice it when you get closer - beautiful facade, many phrases and memorized knowledge in dealing with employees. But yes-sayers have a very nice comfort zone.

My advice: Don't stand out with (different/new) opinions, but you have to find everything great here.
