There is definitely room for improvement at Alig Grossküchen AG, especially with regard to the corporate culture and the way employees are treated. Here are a few points that I have noticed: Unrealistic expectations & pressure to perform The expectation that everyone "has to be able to do everything" is not realistic. Employees should have the opportunity to develop and learn new things instead of having to master everything perfectly from the outset. Appreciation & working atmosphere A good working atmosphere is created through mutual respect and recognition. Unfortunately, there is sometimes a lack of appreciation for the work done. A simple "thank you" or constructive feedback can go a long way. Communication & leadership An open exchange should be possible from normal employees to management level. Clear communication and a respectful tone would significantly improve the working atmosphere. Further development & training Employees, regardless of their level, should have the opportunity to further their education. Instead of exerting pressure, the company could offer targeted training courses or workshops to strengthen the team. Conclusion Everyone can learn something - and this should also be supported by the company management. Respectful interaction, realistic expectations and targeted support could make working at Alig Grossküchen AG much more pleasant and efficient.
