Clear communication and a respectful tone would significantly improve the working atmosphere. Further development & training Employees, regardless of their level, should have the opportunity to further their education. Instead of exerting pressure, the company could offer targeted training courses or workshops to strengthen the team. Conclusion Everyone can learn something - and this should also be supported by the company management. Respectful interaction, realistic expectations and targeted support could make working at Alig Grossküchen AG much more pleasant and efficient.
