Continuous training, great cooperation with all departments, customer oriented

I don't see any potential for improvement so far. All houses of the Flurystiftung work together.

I like the working atmosphere and the size of the company. You quickly get to know employees from different areas. I find this mixture enriching. The hierarchy is kept flat. It is possible to contribute your ideas, to participate and to be heard.

Connecting the areas even more with each other. Strengthen the feeling for the Flury Foundation as a whole. The potential is there to eradicate "garden spot thinking". We are strong as the Flury Foundation as a whole.

I find the cooperation with the management as well as with the various departments works very well. Everyone makes an effort to meet the guideline competently and cordially.

Duty hours could be made a little better in some areas.

I find the annual christmas dinner, as well as the team events that take place throughout the year, important for the working atmosphere and a good balance to the daily work routine.

In my opinion, the area of quality could always be improved everywhere. I would find it good if all patients, residents, clients and also the employees should/can answer a detailed questionnaire regarding quality.

Work schedule, working atmosphere, good working conditions, flat hierarchy.

Would be nice if the other employees e.g. housekeeping (except the nursing and specialists) learn the basic and simple care of residents. So a short course. Sometimes you see that a resident needs help with something as soon as possible. But one does not know how to offer help or fear.

Employees are highly motivated, highly agile, flexible. The resident is the centre of attention, very appreciative of the way he or she is treated.

Planned conversion and new building. Enables carers to better implement the interventions in their everyday work, promotes quality of life for the residents. Integration of people with dementia can be improved through structural adjustments. Design of the Millieus in the wards and cafeteria to be more colourful, functional and homely.
