This works well in the company

Great team spirit among the employees. You culture right up to management level. Very independent work possible.

This could be improved

Internal processes are constantly being optimized. Perlen is like a family.

This works well in the company

Young employees are given a chance for further training and development. Great importance is attached to the long-term development of the staff, which is very exemplary. Former apprentices are given the chance to continue their employment and this is also common practice. Flexitime is also common :)

This could be improved

The underlying mood is relatively negative. (due to the product, corona, etc.) This should definitely be addressed and openness for innovations should be created. The relationship between the departments is also very expandable... Sometimes they work against each other rather than with each other. Long-term employees (20 y +) also have a negative influence on new employees.
