The range of tasks is very diverse and varied. There is the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and to contribute and implement one's own ideas. This is very much appreciated. There is also a collegial and innovative working atmosphere.

There is some catching up to do in certain areas. But the ideas are there and we are working hard to implement them in a targeted manner.

I do think things are starting to go well. It seems to me that we are now in a steady upward movement and gaining momentum.

The products are very appealing. The company is more modern and many things have started rolling. The potential for improvement has been identified and we are working on it.

The current times demand agility, change and a performance-oriented, motivated team culture. The path is clear and is consistently implemented.

Must focus even more on the commitment of employees. Only then will the motivated ones continue to work on the change.

The sales figures are (still) correct, money is coming in and the company has no debts

Communication must improve, criticism from employees must be better perceived and measures taken, team spirit must be promoted

The newly hired CEO finally brings a breath of fresh air into the company, and that was about time.
