The Mühlehalde is not too big and is situated in a beautiful environment. One quickly knows the different employees on the other floors and in other departments. Various activities are offered for the residents. The field of work with visually impaired people is exciting and instructive.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere has changed in recent years. It is expected that one communicates but communication is a problem of individual bodies... Sometimes it gets personal, too. Much depends on sympathy or antipathy. In other words, depending on the employee, you have it better or not at all. This also has an influence on teamwork. The employee dares not to make any more mistakes.
