Very pleasant interaction with each other. Communication is direct and open. I find the management participative and appreciative. There is a lot of trust. My work is also meaningful. Salary is in line with the market. There are also many benefits on offer (pension scheme, pool cars, etc.).

I consider ASTAG to be a very good employer. Accordingly, I see little potential for improvement. Perhaps the processes could be simplified somewhat (the various certifications mean that the processes have to be structured). But that is a detail.
