Very versatile exciting tasks thanks to a huge product portfolio, a lot of creative freedom and trust, international working environment, many development opportunities, good cooperation and communication between different departments, it never gets boring because there are always innovations and new developments in machines and services, many long-term employees who are happy to share their wealth of knowledge.

This could be improved

There have been many changes recently, some of them painful, such as production relocations. But I think these were necessary steps to remain competitive. Management certainly has room for improvement in order to better "take along" everyone, especially long-time employees, during changes.
