Very versatile exciting tasks thanks to a huge product portfolio, a lot of creative freedom and trust, international working environment, many development opportunities, good cooperation and communication between different departments, it never gets boring because there are always innovations and new developments in machines and services, many long-term employees who are happy to share their wealth of knowledge.

There have been many changes recently, some of them painful, such as production relocations. But I think these were necessary steps to remain competitive. Management certainly has room for improvement in order to better "take along" everyone, especially long-time employees, during changes.

- Annual working time/flexible working hours; - Good pension fund; - Free parking, if the distance to work is more than 20 (?) km;

- Strategy not available or not communicated; - Appreciation/trust does not exist or is not noticeable (keyword "HomeOffice"); - Infrastructure (e.g. IT > Many different, incompatible systems; MS Office 2010 in 2020?); - Communication/transparency of management; - Superiors with clichéd boss doors > real leaders would be appropriate; - define and implement real goals S.M.A.R.T; - promote innovation and not hinder it by unrealistic project (time) plans;
