This works well in the company
5 days after my application I was invited for an interview. The conversation with the team leader was very good. HR was very inexperienced and asked wrong questions. She said I should email her the next day to let her know if I was still interested in the job and she would call her during the next week. Said but not done. Instead, she cancelled the position and re-published it as a new advertisement as Intern Customer Care Agent D/F. All tasks and requirements remained the same. I conclude from this that Media Markt does not want to pay a fair and equitable wage because it is in a bad financial situation. With the overpriced prices compared to Digitec Galaxus, Microspot, Amazon etc. I am not surprised that they can sell almost nothing.
This could be improved
- Stop playing with the applicants and waste their time! - 7 years of professional experience and several language skills to reward! - Adjust prices to the competition!

Citation "Other applicants were a little step ahead of you, so we can't consider your application for this job any further." But the job is still online. I find that very irritating.
