A good social thinking company where there is room and patience for weaker people. Where if an employee has a big health problem for him and with him a suitable solution is searched without him being dismissed immediately. This company has good social benefits 5 weeks vacation etc. and the direct superior also has a good management style!! and among the employees prevails a friendly and good working atmosphere!!!
