In November 2017 I started my job at the KSW Kantonsspital Winterthur. Even during the application process, KSW and its employees presented themselves very appreciatively and competently. The discussions and the assessment were held in a very relaxed and interested atmosphere. On the first day I took part in a welcome day together with other new employees. Here you get a good first insight into the working environment, the philosophy and the infrastructure of KSW. There were various interesting presentations from the hospital director, HR, pastoral care, IT, hygiene, technology and a first tour. Also the physical well-being was taken care of. In the late afternoon I went to my new workplace. It was decorated with a lovely card signed by the whole team and a bouquet of flowers. All in all, you feel welcome from day one. :-)
After almost three months now, I can say that the working atmosphere and the cohesion of colleagues are very good. The way we treat each other is respectful and respectful. It's togetherness. Although the KSW employs around 3,700 people, I don't feel like I'm just a cog in the wheel. Every employee is important and in my opinion the Kantonsspital Winterthur implements this message very well. I think it's very likeable.
What I think is very important is that the position or area of responsibility actually corresponds to what was advertised. The work is fun.
In addition, the Kantonsspital also offers various training opportunities and encourages employees in their professional development. I have already met some colleagues who started at KSW in a completely different position than what they do today. There are very impressive developments. I like working at KSW very much and can recommend this employer with a clear conscience.
