This works well in the company

Great team, super passionate employees, respectful interaction, clear communication and exciting tasks! Even in the Covid crisis everyone is pulling together and leadership is doing a great job! But what I like best is the team spirit and the "together".

This could be improved

Nowhere at the moment :) I have not found a hook yet. For me everything is right from my tasks over the team up to leadership.
