The leadership behavior of the management can be improved enormously. If there is no empathy and no sensitivity, then at least try to take a course that conceals this and does not bring the real character traits to bear quite so much. That would at least help the company.

If you are hired as a forklift driver or packer, you can easily bring it to a so-called shift leader, for that you don't need to know anything about plastic or even in word and writing, you don't need that, there are subordinate trained plastic technologists who take care of everything.
