You don't even cancel the applicants - you don't know decency in the human resources department. Too bad, because the marketing appearance of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital suggests a top hospital, which is, however, a flop in the search for personnel. Unless you're a doctor! Potential for improvement: urgently review personnel recruitment process and have it approved by management. I think the behaviour of this HR has not yet reached those responsible.
