Been with us for 2 years and I really like the following - Working conditions and culture enable and promote compatibility - Positive working atmosphere, especially the mutual support and helpfulness among employees is impressive and unique - Development is seen as important and supported accordingly: many development opportunities available and generous, broad range of development measures - Open feedback culture (e.g. also in the form of the transparent semi-annual employee survey)

After five years: Unfortunately, it has old-established superiors who are not open to new and swim around in the old world. Bank advertising such as Life-Balance is only valid on paper and is not lived. The same with working models which are proposed but not approved. Old superiors always look at themselves first and then for the good of the worker. Too bad.
