Mismanagement - employees are simply rationalized or replaced by cheaper ones - the fact that know-how falls by the wayside and there is even more work for the remaining employees is accepted. Of course, it is always difficult when savings have to be made to such an extent, but the downward spiral cannot be stopped in this way. Employees are not valued.

Cool people work here and the atmosphere is usually top, even when working hard (depending on the season). The management was good and I was able to contribute myself and was taken seriously.

Communication is already good, but here I think could be optimized.

Very pleasant and relaxed contact with each other and therefore there is always a great atmosphere. The work is fun and you can learn a lot. Besides, there are many no benefits like free drinks, coffee and fruit.

So far I am very satisfied with my daily work and have nothing to complain about.

Working at happyshops Group is a great opportunity. We have the opportunity to do a lot of things and a lot of freedom so we quickly learn a lot of things. Very challenging job. Internships are quite well paid. Good working conditions. Rather flexible schedules as long as the work is done. The atmosphere is very friendly, the employees are all very accessible, always ready to help.

I am very happy to start my professional career at happyshops because it has everything I need. I will come back to you if I find improvements:)
