The remaining employees are well connected, at least on a personal level.

Mismanagement - employees are simply rationalized or replaced by cheaper ones - the fact that know-how falls by the wayside and there is even more work for the remaining employees is accepted. Of course, it is always difficult when savings have to be made to such an extent, but the downward spiral cannot be stopped in this way. Employees are not valued.

Cool people work here and the atmosphere is usually top, even when working hard (depending on the season). The management was good and I was able to contribute myself and was taken seriously.

Communication is already good, but here I think could be optimized.
