Burckhardt Compression AG

Just started at Burckhardt in Winterthur last year. Yes, it has many problems, but the management has plans and shows responsibility. Burckhardt is undergoing a process of change in which I am actively involved and which is exciting. I am thrilled by the cohesion in an international team and the sense of community in Winterthur. My performance will be appreciated and I will be respected.

After my application I was called by an employee of the personnel department and certain things were clarified (abilities, salary, starting date), by her and my side. Then I was told that at the beginning of the following week they would contact me for a conversation. That's now 2 weeks ago, the job is no longer online and it wasn't worth it for them. You can't do that. I am totally glad that I didn't have a conversation because I don't seem to have fulfilled their requirements. I don't even want to work in a company with such a personnel policy. Thank God, I was promised another position shortly afterwards, which is also where I would like to live.
