Learning from mistakes and simply implementing the resulting findings without many unnecessary meetings "in year-long topic loops" does not seem to be in the company's DNA. Conflicts of interest between different departments are the order of the day. As a result, a lot of energy is wasted on "dealing with oneself". Those responsible, who obviously do not have the necessary basic knowledge, are kept on without questioning. The quality of product execution suffers dramatically as a result. Applicants for whom entrepreneurial thinking and goal-oriented initiative in the sense of "Swiss quality" are important should therefore think twice.

I perceived the entire application process as very professional. After the standard confirmation e-mail, I received further information about the position (current status in the process, further procedure, ...) within a short period of time. At the first interview with HR and direct superior, all questions could be clarified, one could get to know each other and gain a first impression. It was clearly communicated how the process would continue and by when one would contact again. These deadlines have always been respected. The second interview was scheduled longer. Among other things, this is also to visit the factory, to get to know other team members and also to visit the future workplace. The whole procedure was super structured and supervised.

Targets that completely collide with the strategic direction. Constant reaction when it's too late instead of acting, when you warn of problems. It is more important that everyone feels good instead of naming and solving problems. Constant further personal rationalization and actually no familiarization in many departments. It would be beyond the scope to enumerate everything but at the moment I can only advise against an application as every job here resembles a fight against windmills.

Shortly after my application I received an invitation by telephone and then a written invitation to the 1st interview. The culture of conversation during the interview was extremely professional and pleasant. For the 2nd interview date, feedback was received within 4 days as agreed. During this appointment I was able to conduct several interviews in one morning, which greatly increased efficiency and gave me an excellent insight into the role and responsibility. The 3rd interview followed 2 weeks later as agreed. I am very satisfied with the respectful application process!
