Used to have a good reputation in markets. Used to have a good way of collaboration among colleagues and a good team spirit and also quite some fun factor. Unfortunately this has been destroyed in more recent years mainly due to culture and values and lack of strategic vision, as displayed by management. Due to this disappointing development and little hope for improvements (much needed replacements in some key positions), this is probably not the right place for me to stay onboard.
