From the first contact to the toasting of the signed employment contract (incl. great view and "free beer") the whole process was extremely professional, top prepared and just as sensitive. I can't imagine how such a process could go any better and therefore I make an absolute recommendation.

I successfully managed a job change. Intensive confidential contact is maintained at the beginning and during the application phase (forwarding of new job advertisements, feedback letter with CV, knowledge of salary levels in the relevant industry, even WhatsApp Messenger during the application phase - modern HR management for me). The challenge is to maintain the constant exchange so that the job change is successful (almost daily exchange sometimes even on weekends via email and WhatsApp). Even after an interview, potential employers are meticulously analysed and written to together. I would like to thank you for your high level of commitment and excellent support.
