SVA Aargau

The SVA offers a very interesting everyday working life, you are quickly assigned competencies, and you feel like a full member of the team even as an intern. The training courses are very well designed and understandable, even if you don't understand something, you can ask without hesitation, the employees and supervisors are respectful and understanding. I would recommend anyone who is interested to seek employment here.

I don't know. Just had a job interview and did not have a particularly good experience.

Requirements and tasks not clear in the advertisement. In the job interview the competences of HR and supervisors are unconventional. In a job interview, you can feel if the chemistry is there and feel the details of the professional competencies. The basic competences are visible in the CV. During the interview, sometimes arrogant and unprofessional (facial expressions and looks).
